电能质量问题剖析

摘    要:概述了近年来国际上越来越关注的电能质量问题,分析了电能质量问题的产生及日益引起关注的原因,以及在讨论和探索有关电能质量的定义、分类、范围和术语的标准化等方面,介绍了国际电工委员会(IEC)和电气与电子工程师协会(IEEE)和相关部门所做的研究成果。如何认识和理解电能质量问题,把诸多电力系统电磁现象视为一个整体加以研究,逐渐构成中国的全面电能质量管理体系是摆在中国电力科技工作者面前的一项重要工作。

Abstract:The power quality problems being paid attention to in recent years are summarized in this paper. From the development process of power quality research, to the reason of paying attention to power quality and then to the standardization of the definition, classification, range and term for power quality which is so far discussed and explored, the achievements of research by IEC and IEEE and related sections are presented. It is pointed out also that studying the various power system electromagnetic disturbances as a whole on the basis of well understanding power quality problems, and gradually establishing the overall power quality management system are the important tasks in China.
