| 摘 要： | 在福建电网与华东电网互联之前，福建电网在安全性、经济性方面均存在的问题。作者论证了两网互联在提高福建电网的频率稳定、事故支援、备用容量、火电开停等方面的作用。两网互联提高了电网安全性，电利用小时及水能利用率、实现了两网良好资源互补、促进了省内健康电力市场形成，并通过两网互联取得了较大的经济效益与社会效益。

| Abstract: | The problems in security and economy of Fujian power system before its interconnection with East China power grid are analyzed in detail. After the interconnection of Fujian power system with East China power grid the enhancements in the frequency stability, support during accidents, reserve capacity, start-up and shutdown of thermal power generating sets of Fujian power system are argued in detail. The interconnection improves system security, utility hours of the thermal power generating sets, the utility factor of water-energy, implements the resource complementation between the two power systems and promotes the establishment of reasonable Fujian provincial electricity market are obtained. The interconnection of the two power systems brings about a fair-sized economic and social effects. |
