配电系统电压跌落问题的分析

摘    要:在分析电压跌落问题的起因、相关标准、危害、衡量指标以及治理措施的基础上,介绍了目前相关技术的研究状况,提出了配电系统电压跌落现象分析以及控制策略的研究方向,指出了以配电系统某一区域电压跌落安全最优为目标函数的网络重构问题,将是配电系统自动化发展的必然趋势.文中详细分析了此研究方向的相关内容及技术难点.

Abstract:Based on the detailed analysis of the cause, related standards, damage, yardstick and controlling measures of the voltage sag in distribution system, the present research situation and trend in this field is described. Besides, a new research topic, i.e., the analysis of voltage sags in distribution system and its control strategy, is proposed. It is pointed out that the network reconfiguration, in which the optimization of voltage sags for some section in distribution system is taken for the objective function, will be the inexorable trend in the development of substation automation. The relevant contents and its difficulties of the proposed research topic are analyzed in detail.
