摘    要:介绍了基于地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)的上海城市配电网规划计算机辅助决策系统的整体架构和功能设计,通过应用实例展示了系统各模块的功能和主要规划结果。该系统结合电力公司日常规划业务,充分利用现有资源,采用最新的计算机技术和配电网规划专业技术实现,优化了城市电网规划结果,同时可显著减轻规划人员的工作量。与传统规划软件相比,该系统具有较高的科学性和实用化水平,为最终实现配电网规划工作的信息化、日常化和精细化奠定了基础。

Abstract:A geographic information system (GIS) based computer decision-making support system for Shanghai urban power distribution network planning is proposed, of which the overall structure and function design are described. Through an application example in certain region of Shanghai, the models, functions and main planning results in each module of the proposed system are presented. Considering daily business of planning in utilities and making good use of the existing resource of utilities' information systems, the system is designed and realized with the latest computer technology and the professional distribution network planning technology. So the proposed system can optimize the planning results of urban power distribution network, as well as reduce the manual work of planners evidently. Comparing with traditional planning software, the proposed system is more rational and practicable, which lays a good foundation for information-oriented planning, daily-frequent planning and elaborate planning.
