摘    要:介绍了2004年全国电网继电保护与安全自动装置运行情况,包括220kV及以上系统一次设备的发展、故障率的统计及元件保护、线路主保护的运行情况.元件保护有:100MW及以上发电机保护、220kV及以上变压器保护、母线保护、高压并联电抗器保护.对于220KV以上系统线路主保护,分别介绍了500KV、330KV、220kV系统线路主保护(纵联保护、距离保护、零序保护、重合闸)的运行情况.对运行中的突出问题及运行情况不理想的保护装置(如:电源问题、故障录波器的问题、串补线路中的串补装置保护问题等等)进行了分析,以期通过相互交流,吸取经验教训,提高制造质量和运行维护管理水平,为电网的安全稳定运行创造条件.最后对事故进行了责任分析.

Abstract:The nationwide operation situation of protective relayings and automation devices in the year of 2004 is summarized. The development of primary components configured in 220kV and above power systems, the statistics and analysis of failure rates, the operation situation of main protections of transmission lines in which high frequency protection, distance protection, zero-sequence protection and auto-reclosing are included, and operation situation of element protections in which generator protection, transformer protection, busbar protection and reactor protection are included, are presented. To draw the lessons and experience, improve manufacturing quality and the level of operation, maintenance and management, the problems to be paid attention to and the protective devices whose operation situation cannot be satisfactory to the requirement, e, g., the problems in power supply of protective devices, fault recorder, zero sequence protection and auto-reclosing, protection of serial compensating devices in lines with serial compensation, etc., are analyzed. Finally, the reasons causing the maloperation of the protections and the corresponding responsibility to be taken on are pointed out.
