基于Web的发电厂继电保护整定与信息管理系统

随着Internet/Intranet技术的普遍应用，越来越多的应用系统正朝着基于Web的方向发展，发电厂的管理信息系统的发展也要求将各类信息公开化。此文介绍的面向发电厂继电保护工作组的基于Web技术的发电厂继电保护定值整定和信息管理系统就是满足为这一需要而开发的。该系统实现了发电厂继电保护组所需要的大多数功能，包括电厂继电保护配置信息、建立图形拓扑结构、保护整定、定值单处理、工作组信息管理、网络浏览和查询功能。其中网络模块不仅仅可以提供保护配置信息和相应整定情况，同时还提供工作组的信息管理内容。上述内容允许Internet用户通过防火墙访问。作者认为，工作组的整定工作和信息管理应当综合到网络上。文章还介绍了该系统的总体结构和主要功能模块。

A Web TECHNIQUE BASED PROTECTIVE RELAYING SETTING CALCULATION AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR POWER PLANT

Along with the prevalent application of Internet/Intranet technique the Web browser is becoming a predominant user interface and it is required that in the development of Management Information System for power plant various kinds of information should be made open. In this paper a Web technique based protective relaying setting calculation and management information system facing the protection worker in power plant regarding the above mentioned requirement is presented, in which most functions needed by protection worker in power plant including the protective relaying configuration information, the setting up of graphic topology, the setting of protective relays, the disposition of setting list, the information management of the worker network browsing and retrieving are implemented. In this system the network module can not only provide the configuration information of protective devices and corresponding setting information, but also the records of information management of worker, and these records are allowed to be visited by the internet users through the firewall. In this paper it is considered that the setting calculation and the information management of the worker should be integrated in the Web. The overall software architecture and the main function modules of the presented system are emphatically described.
