摘    要:简要分析了以往的电网改造项目后评估方法,提出基于模糊区间层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的电网改造项目综合后评估模型,该模型综合考虑了多种定性与定量因素及信息的不确定性,在模糊AHP的基础上加入区间数理论,在确定评价因素权重时进一步降低了模糊评价的主观性。最后结合某电网改造项目进行了实证分析,结果表明该评价模型是可行的,其评价结果与其他评价方法相比更加客观。

Abstract:After a brief analysis on the methods formerly used to the post-evaluation of power network renovation project, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based comprehensive post-evaluation model for power network renovation project is proposed, in which the uncertainties of various quantitative and qualitative factors and information are comprehensively considered. On the basis of fuzzy AHP, the interval number theory is applied to the post-evaluation, thus the subjectivity of fuzzy evaluation is further reduced while the weights of factors of evaluation are decided. Finally, the results of an empirical analysis on a certain power network renovation project show that the proposed post-evaluation model is feasible and is more objective than other evaluation methods.
