| Abstract: | Component technology such as CORBA is an important development content of computer software in recent years and the IEC61790 series are the very component based real time cooperating standards which are very important to the standardization of platform for power dispatch automation system. In this paper a component based real time database management system for electric power dispatching is presented. |
