电力系统实时相角监控系统结构研究

摘    要:从解决电力系统暂态稳定出发,文章提出了一种新的电力系统实时相角监控系统,它由国调,网调,省调和就地监控四级组成,既有集中监控的功能,亦能完成分散的就地监控,并能提供一个相对系统参考点的相角,供就地监视和控制用。

Abstract:In order to improve transient stability of electric power system, this paper develops a new phase angle monitoring and controlling system for electric power system, which not only can be used for concentrative monitoring and controlling, but also can be used for monitoring and controlling at local site. It can provide a phase angle relative to the reference point of power system for monitoring and controlling at local site. This system is composed of four levels: National power control centre, area control centre, provincial control centre, and local site monitoring and controlling.
