交直流线路融冰技术研究

摘    要:对交直流线路融冰技术进行了研究,论述了我国交直流输电线路冰害季节电网的受损情况,明确了临界融冰电流、融冰时间和最大融冰电流的计算方法。本着不增加投资或少增加投资和投资后经济效益最大化的原则,对交直流输电线路分别提出了基于静止无功补偿器的交流输电线路融冰方法和策略、常规直流输电线路和特高压直流输电线路的融冰方法和策略,并对上述方法和策略的具体实施步骤进行了详细地分析,指出今后还需对不同气象条件下的覆冰机理、融冰时防止融冰闪络的措施、绝缘子串及铁塔融冰措施等方面开展进一步研究。

Abstract:The ice-melting technologies for HVAC and HVDC power transmission lines are researched.The ice-damage caused harms of HVAC and HVDC power transmission lines in China are discoursed upon,the calculation method of critical ice-melting current,ice-melting time and maximum ice-melting current are clarified.In the light of the principle of not increasing investment or less increasing investment and the post-investment economic benefit maximization,the static var compensator(SVC) based ice-melting method and strategy for HVAC transmission lines as well as the parallel-operational DC converter based ice-melting method and strategy for conventional HVDC transmission lines and UHVDC transmission lines are proposed respectively;the concrete implementing procedures of above-mentioned methods and strategies are analyzed in detail;and it is pointed out that the further researches on ice-coating mechanism under various meteorological conditions,the measures to prevent ice-melting caused flashover during the melting process,the ice-melting means for insulator strings and steel towers are necessary from now on.
