| 摘 要： | 风电出力具有随机性和间歇性的特点,如何在经济调度模型中处理大型并网风电场模型是长期以来关注的热点.为此,引入高估出力期望、低估出力期望以及惩罚成本系数的概念,在此基础上,提出了计及风电出力惩罚成本的电力系统经济调度模型.通过在目标函数中引入惩罚成本,使优化结果兼顾了风能的利用率和总经济成本.算例结果验证了该方法的有效性.

| Abstract: | In view of randomness and intermittency of wind power generation,how to cope with the model of grid-connected large-scale wind farm in economic dispatching model is the hot spot issue for a long time.For this reason,such conceptions as expectation of overestimated output,expectation of underestimated output and coefficient of penalty cost are introduced,and on this basis a power system economic dispatching model considering penalty cost of wind farm output is proposed.By means of leading penalty cost into objective function,the optimization result can consider both the availability of wind energy and total economic cost.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by results of calculation example. |
