福建与华东联网运行方式研究

摘    要:福建与华东电网将于2001年实现联网,合理安排联网线的运行方式,在保证电网安全稳定运行的前提下,充分发挥联网的经济效益,就显得至关重要。计算分析表明,联网后华东电网的暂态稳定水平基本不变,福建电网暂态稳定水平下降较多。联网线的静稳定极限在1400MW左右,联网线单相重合闸时间取为1.0s比较合适。

Abstract:Fujian and East China Power Systems will be interconnected in 2001. It is extremely important to rationally arrange the operating modes of tie line and to fully embody the economic benefits of interconnection under the prerequisite of ensuring the secure and stable operation of power system. In this paper the balance of electric power and electric energy at the initial stage of interconnection and the transient stability level and static stability level after the two systems are interconnected. The following results are obtained: (1) The transient stability level of East China power system will be approximately maintained. (2) The transient stability level of Fujian power system will be declined obviously. (3) The static stability limit of the tie line is about 1400MW. (4) It is rather suitable to take 1.0sec as the setting value for automatic reclosure under the transient single phase fault of tie line.
