摘    要:配电网规划问题在数学上是一NP-hard问题,当问题规模增大时,寻求其全局优化解至今仍是一难题,提出应用地理信息系统(Geographical Informagtion System,GIS)技术改进配网规划的设想,基于中心地理论的应用模型,提出基于GIS的子系统模型及算法,使问题规模大为减小,研究结果表明,借助GIS无需复杂的算法便可使规划过程更具交互性,规划结果更直观.方案调整更灵活。

Abstract:In mathematics the distribution network planning problem is an NP-hard problem. When the scale of the problem is enlarged, it is still a difficult task to find its global optimal solution. A suggestion of using geographical information system (GIS) to improve the planning of the distribution network is put forward. On the basis of the applied model of GIS the sub-system model based on GIS and its algorithm are given, by which the size of the problem is obviously reduced. The research result shows that by means of GIS the planning process will be interactive, the result of planning will be intuitive and the adjustment of the planning will be more flexible.
