基于层次分析法的新农村低压配电网综合评估方法

对新农村低压配电网进行了系统、科学的分析与评估，基于层次分析法建立了新农村低压配电网的综合评估体系。根据概率分布确定了单项指标的评分标准，采用0-10标度法确定了单项指标的综合权重，实现了专家经验和定量、定性的评估结果的结合。新农村低压配电网的实际案例分析结果表明了该方法的实用性和有效性，对近期低压配电网规划具有理论和实际指导意义。

A Comprehensive Evaluation Method of New Rural Low-Voltage Distribution Networks Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

It is very necessary for rural distribution networkplanning to analyze and evaluate new rural low voltagedistributions in China systemically and scientifically, and acomprehensive evaluation indices system of new ruralow-voltage distribution networks based on analytic hierarchyprocess is established. According to probability distribution, themarking criterion for single item is determined, and by meansof 0-10 scaling method the comprehensive weight of the indexfor single item is determined, thus the combination of experexperience with quantitative and qualitative evaluation resultsare realized. Practical case analysis results show that theproposed method possesses practicable and effectivesignificance and plays directive role which is theoretic andpractical for rural low voltage distribution network planning inthe near future.
