摘    要:为提高电网的可靠运行,加强电网防冰防灾能力建设,我国加强了先进电力电子技术用于融冰领域的研究。文章首先说明了线路融冰额定电流和电压的计算方法,随后介绍了基于可关断器件移动式直流融冰装置的技术先进性,给出了其系统技术方案、主电路拓扑和控制策略,尤其阐明了先进的四象限变流器模块串联的多重化电压源换流器(voltagesource converter,VSC)结构。500 kV线路现场试验证明,该装置的研制成功,为我国电网防冰减灾提供了新的技术手段。

Abstract:To improve operational reliability of power grid and enhance the capability of de-icing and disaster alleviation,in China special attention is paid to the research on applying advanced power electronic technique to ice melting.In this paper,firstly the method to calculate the normal voltage and current for ice-melting of transmission lines is given;then the technical advancement of the relocatable DC ice-melting equipment based on switchabel device is presented and the overall technical scheme of the proposed DC ice-melting equipment,the topology of its main circuit and control strategy are described,especially the structure of cascaded multiple voltage source converter(VSC) composed by advanced four quadrant converters modules connected in series is expounded.On-site testing results of 500kV transmission lines show that the proposed ice-melting equiment is successful and can be offered as a new technical measure for de-icing and disaster alleviation of transmission lines in China.
