| Abstract: | After the outburst of the power supply crisis in California, USA, every country is reexamining the reformscheme of its own electricity market and the market design. However, making a comprehensive survey to the electricitymarket frames and management and administration ofelectricity market in various countries, it is held that theorganizational structure of New York electricity market isadvanced and obtains a better marketing result. The overallmanagement frame and marketing modes of New Yorkelectricity market are described, its installed capacity market, energy market, transmission service market and ancillarymarket are analyzed in order to provide reference to the system reform in domestic electric power industry. |
