摘    要:针对我国电网的发展趋势,指出发展特高压交流输电是缓解我国电力供应紧张状况的有效途径,也是改善电网结构、促进全国联网的需要.作者对目前我国特高压输电领域存在争议的一些问题进行了论述,包括:空气间隙绝缘饱和特性的认识、特高压输电电压等级的选取、特高压输电线路异常雷击跳闸率的有效防治、合成绝缘子在特高压输电线路防污闪中的应用、特高压输电线路和变电站对生态环境危害的控制、特高压输电的经济优越性以及与直流输电的相互关系等.我国建设特高压输电可在借鉴前苏联、日本、美国等国的研究成果的基础上,结合本国具体工程,进一步加强技术科研和相关设备的研制.

Abstract:According to the development trend of power network in China, it is pointed out that the development of UHV AC transmission is not only an effictive approach to meet the growing demand of electric power, but also the requirement of improving power network structure and promoting the nation-wide power grid interconnection. Detailed discussion is then presented on several controversial problems existing in the UHV AC transmission field, including: knowledge about insulation characteristics of gas interval, selection of an appropriate voltage level, effective prevention measures for abnormal lightning trip-out percentage, application of composite insulators in the prevention of dirty flashover, control of environmental influence caused by UHV transmission lines and substations, superiority of UHV in economy and relationship between UHV AC transmission and DC transmission. In the construction of domestic UHV AC transmission, the actual condition of UHV AC transmission engineering in China should be considered, and on the basis of using the research results of former USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics), Japan and United States for reference, and more attention should be paid to the research on UHV transmission technology and the development of related equipments.
