湖南省500kV主干网络及与华中电网联络线研究

摘    要:第十一个五年计划期间湖南电网500kV主干网络发展迅速,在受端系统形成500kV环网基础上,将通过构筑横贯三湘的三条“西电东送”通道及纵联长江南北的三条“北电南送”通道将外部电源分散接入受端系统以保证电网的安全经济运行。研究表明,为配合三峡送电湖南,湘鄂之间的第三回500kV联络线采用湖北潜江变至湖南岳阳变方案比荆州变至益阳变方案更有利。还提出了湖南电网远景目标网络的初步设想。

Abstract:Hunan provincial 500kV main grid is being developied rapidly during the 11th five year plan. On the basis of 500kV ringed network being forming at the receiving system, to ensure the secure operation of Hunan power system the external power supplies will be dispersively connected into the receiving system through building the three transmission lines which transmit electric power from West Hunan to East Hunan and another three transmission lines which longitudinally connect the power systems located at Hunan province and Hubei province respectively and transmit electric power from North Hunan to South Hunan. Research results show that to coordinate the power transmission from the Three Gorges Hydro Power Station to Hunan province, it is a better one for the corridor of the third longitudinal 500kV tie-line across Hunan and Hubei from Qianjiang in Hubei province to Yueyang in Hunan province is more favoring than that from Jingzhou in Hubei province to Yiyang in Hunan province. Meanwhile, the preliminary tentative plan for the long-range Hunan provincial power system is presented.
