浅析发电公司的竞价策略

电力市场中实时平衡交易即竞价上网交易是不可缺少的、最具特色的一种交易形式。在竞价过程中，发电公司的竞价策略问题是目前电力市场研究的热点。文中讨论了完全竞争市场中，各发电公司应基于边际成本竞价。而垄断竞争市场中具有市场势力的发电公司可以通过撤掉一部分电量或抬高报价来提高市场电价。文中着重对具有市场势力的发电公司的竞价策略进行分析，并提供了澳大利亚新南威尔士州电力市场的算例。

A PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS ON BIDDING STRATEGY OF POWER GENERATION COMPANIES

The real-time balancing transaction, i.e., the bidding transaction, is an indispensable transaction form in electricity market and it has distinguishing features. The bidding strategy of power generation companies in the bidding process becomes the hotspot in the research of electricity market. In this paper the bidding strategy of power generation companies under the circumstance of monopolistic competition and that under the circumstance of complete competition are presented. In the former circumstance the power generation companies possessing market power can raise the electricity price by driving up the quoted price or by withholding some power output, and the latter circumstance the bidding of the power generation companies should be based on the marginal costs. The bidding strategy for the power generation companies possessing market power is analyzed, and a calculation example of electricity market in New South Wales, Australia is given.
