摘    要:以220kV大桥变电所气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)设备为例,通过总结现场安装、检修、维护等实践经验,将GIS设备SF6气体渗漏的主要途径归为3类:焊缝渗漏由密封圈密封的密封面和气体密封阀渗漏、压力表(气体密度继电器)渗漏等。分析了GIS设备易渗漏气体的部位、原因及应采取的对策;可在为GIS设备安装、运行、检修与维护管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:Taking the GIS equipments in 220kV Daqiao substation for emample, according to the practical experiences from installation on-site, maintenance and overhaul, the main leakage tracks of SF6 are at the welded seams, the surfaces sealed by sealing rings, sealing washes and sealing valves, the pressure gauges (gas density relays), etc. Various reasons of leakage in GIS equipments are analyzed in detail, the positions where the leakage is prone to occur are pointed out, and the relevant methods and technologies to prevent the leakage are given.
