摘    要:针对当前配电网控制现状,设计了配电网全网电压无功协调控制策略。以"电压自下而上判断,自上而下控制;无功自上而下判断,自下而上控制"为原则,引入节点间电压变化灵敏度概念,在保证受控点电压合格、无功就地平衡的基础上,根据节点间电压变化灵敏度对调控结果进行预判,兼顾不同的电压等级电网及区域电网的电压质量及无功平衡情况,实现高、中、低压配电网间多种调压及补偿设备的协调控制。该控制策略已投入试点工程应用,运行效果良好。

Abstract:To improve current situation of voltage and reactive power control in distribution networks,a coordinated control strategy for voltage and reactive power in the whole distribution network is designed.Based on the principles that the voltages in the whole distribution network are judged from the bottom to top and controlled from the top to bottom and the reactive power is judged from the top to bottom and controlled from the top to bottom,the concept of voltage variation sensitivity among nodes is introduced in and on the basis of ensuring the voltages at the controlled node are adequate and reactive power is locally balanced according to the voltage variation sensitivity among nodes the control results of votlage and reactive power is prejudged,meanwhile,the voltage quality and reactive power balance of distribution networks belonging to different voltage grades as well as those of regional power network are taken into account to implement the coordinated control of various voltage regulation and reactive power compensation equipments in high-medium-and low-voltage distribution networks.The proposed control strategy is applied in pilot project and good results are achieved.
