摘    要:针对当前电力系统中远方终端/调制解调器(RTU/Modem)模式下远程测量数据传输时延大,误码率高等现象,利用计算机网络通信中的成熟技术,构建了一套实时性非常好的电网相量分布式测量系统.将以太网交换机与异步传输模式(ATM)交换机进行配合使用,通过全光纤通道,并采用TCP/IP协议和MFC Socket手段,克服了在测量子站数目较多情况下的网络数据传输时延不确定的缺点,从算法上消除了网络发生拥塞的各种可能性,较好地解决了"漏斗问题".在工程应用中,该系统实现了1个工频周期内上传1个批次的数据,通信时延小于5 ms.这为将来实现基于全球定位系统(GPS)时钟信号的电网运行状态实时监控提供了条件.

Abstract:To solve the problems existing in RTU/Modem mode of power system, such as long transmission delay and high error-rate of remote measured data and by use of the ripe technology of computer network communication, a real-time distributed measuring system for phasor data in power system is built. In this system the Ethernet exchanger and ATM exchanger are used in a coordinated fashion and the defect of uncertain time delay of transmitting data by network communication, which occur under too much sub-measuring units, can be surmounted via full optical fibre channel and by use of TCP/IP protocol and MFC socket, the potentiality of occurring network congestion is eliminated with algorithm and the funneling effect is settled. The presented system can transfer a batch of data in a cycle of power frequency, the communication delay is less than 5ms, thus, using the presented system it is possible to implement real-time monitoring of power system operation status based on the clock signal from GPS.
