特高压南阳站建成后鄂豫断面电磁环网运行分析

摘    要:特高压南阳站建成投运后,鄂豫断面将形成1 000/500 kV电磁环网运行格局。从输电能力、安全稳定水平、短路电流水平、小干扰稳定多角度全面分析了特高压电磁环网的运行特性,指出大规模功率转移造成低一级电压线路过载的问题较为突出。针对该问题,研究鄂豫断面电磁环网运行的安控策略,在对各种常规措施以及自动电压控制(automatic generator control,AGC)配合措施进行比较后,提出了综合考虑AGC协调控制的安控策略。该策略的实施可有效降低维持系统稳定所需的安控措施繁琐程度,为安全调度特高压电网提供了新的指导思路。
