| 摘 要： | 结合国内外电网发展现状和我国实际情况,阐述了对智能电网示范工程进行评估的重要性,提出了智能电网示范工程综合评估指标体系框架。该体系按照全面性、客观性、实用性、典型性的基本原则来构建,包涵技术性、经济性、社会性、工程管理、实用化和创新性等6个维度的一级到四级指标,并确定了智能电网示范工程评价标准。通过对智能电网综合示范工程的智能化水平、工程建设、运行效果等方面进行评估,可为下一阶段坚强智能电网的全面建设做充分的理论、技术和实用化准备。
