摘    要:以IEC61970标准的公共信息模型(CIM)为基础,介绍了基于CIM/XML文件的国内外互操作试验情况,包括互操作试验的目的、所用的模型以及试验的内容和方法等。试验在验证了CIM模型正确性的同时,也证明了控制中心各应用之间的信息交换和控制中心以外系统间的信息交换的可能性。此外还验证了EMS的不同应用之间以及不同厂家的EMS产品之间的互操作性。

Abstract:Based on the Common Information Model (CIM) of IEC61970 series of standards, the CIM/XML interoperability tests conducted in our country and abroad are introduced in this paper, including the objectives, the models, and the methods of the tests. The interoperability tests validate the correctness and completeness of the CIM as well as the probabilities of the information exchanges between control center applications and systems external to the control center environment. Additionally, the interoperability between various applications of EMS and applications developed by different suppliers is demonstrated.
