法国电网是世界范围内发展较为成熟的电力系统之一，管理与运作体制也与我国相似。文章通过对法国电网的发展历程及现状的总体回顾，分析了法国电网的发展规划思路，系统阐述了法国电网各电压等级规划方法、主要内容与主要考量因素。在此基础上总结了法国电网发展建设的若干特点以及形成这些特点的原因，并结合我国国情与电力系统发展实际，分析了将以上规划方法应用于我国电网建设的可能性与可行性。

Development Course and Planning Method of French Power Grid and Its Enlightenment for Us

French power grid is one of well-developed power systems in the world, and its management and operation mechanism are similar to that in China. Through the overall retrospect of its development course and present situation, and thinking of development and planning of French power grid are analyzed. The methods, main contents and principal factors to be considered for the planning of power networks with different voltage grades in French power grid are systemically expounded. Then a number of features in the development and construction of French power grid and the reason of forming these features are summarized. Considering out national conditions and the practice of power grid development in China, the feasibility and possibility of adopting above-mentioned planning method for French power grid to power network construction in China are analyzed.
