广域电网同步状态监测系统中的实时通信

摘    要:近年来,基于GPS的广域电网状态实时同步监测系统得到了重视.在这样的系统中,远程实时通信起着非常重要的作用.文中讨论和比较了多种实时通信的解决方案,并详细阐述了一个由作者设计的实时通信系统.它由具有时间确定性的网络组成,并且系统以同步并行方式工作,能够满足实时性要求.此外,系统采用模块化设计,有很好的兼容性和扩展性.该系统已经实现并用于实际的电力系统中.

Abstract:In recent years, great attentions are paid to real-time synchronous monitoring systems for the states of wide area power systems based on the GPS. In such systems, the real-time communication over long distance plays a very important role. Here, various solutions for real-time communication are discussed and compared, and a real-time communication system designed by the authors is expatiated on. This communication system, which mainly constitutes by the networks with certain communication delay and runs in synchronous parallel mode, is implemented and applied in actual power system, so the requirement of real-time communication can be met. In addition, in the design of this system the modularization method is adopted, so it possesses good compatibility and expandability and can be put into practical application.
