智能变电站一体化信息平台的设计

作为智能电网的关键节点,智能变电站的功能之一是为电网提供数据信息支撑。为此建立了一种智能变电站内的一体化信息平台,该平台采用分层分布式结构,统一和简化变电站的数据源,形成唯一性、一致性的基础数据和信息,以统一标准的方式实现变电站内外实时数据及信息的交互和共享,为电力系统运行控制提供可靠的信息支撑。阐述了建立平台所涉及的站内数据辨识、数据估计、数据及信息的分类、动态共享、智能传输以及站内数据及信息的安全等关键技术,提出了具体的解决方案。平台遵循IEC61850规范与站内外的设备联系。对所建立平台的信息流量和延迟进行了仿真,结果表明,平台的通信延迟可以满足站内外数据及信息使用者的要求。
