双级矩阵变换器的SPWM控制策略及无功功率控制研究

摘    要:为消除整流级输出直流脉动电压对三相输出电压的影响,应用正弦脉宽调制技术对双级矩阵变换器的逆变级进行调制,利用开关函数概念推导出调制波的补偿函数。通过研究整流级功率因数的调节作用,提出了动态划分输入电压区间的方法和控制策略。采用该控制策略运用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真,结果表明了该控制策略的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:To eliminate the affect of pulsation in output DC voltage of rectifiers on three phase output voltage, the sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM) technology is adopted to modulate the inversion phase in two-stage matrix converter(TSMC), and by use of the concept of switching function the compensation function of modulated wave is deduced. By means of researching the regulating effect of the power factor in the rectifiers, a method of dynamically partitioning of input voltage and corresponding control strategy are proposed. Simulation results of this control strategy by Matlab/Simulink show that the proposed control strategy is correct and effective.
