摘    要:介绍了根据IEEE 1344及IEEE 37.118同步相量标准制定的实时动态监测系统传输规约的研究、编写和执行情况,分析了对实时动态监测系统通信规约的有关需求,在此基础上阐述了基于网络通信的规约架构体系。对规约的主要内容进行了简要介绍,如实时传输和离线传输的通信流程及数据格式等,说明了通信流量及连续性等性能的实现方法。该规约已在我国电力系统中得到了应用。

Abstract:The research, compilation and execution of transmission protocol for real-time dynamic monitoring system of power systems is presented; the related requirements of transmission protocol for real-time dynamic monitoring system are analyzed and on this basis the architecture of protocol based on network communication is expounded. The principal contents of transmission protocol, including the transmission flow scheme and data format for real-time transmission and off-line transmission, are briefly described, and the implementation of communication flows are illustrated. This transmission protocol has been applied to power grids in China.
