中国式智能电网的构成和发展规划研究

摘    要:智能电网对现代电力系统的经济优化运行和降损节能具有重要的意义。文章简要介绍了我国电力系统的发展现状和智能电网的定义,详细分析了智能电网对我国发电、输电、配电、用电、负荷构成、变电站建设以及调度系统等环节的影响。在此基础上,指出了我国建设智能电网的基本条件、发展思路以及试点城市的选择要求。最后,初步提出了中国式智能电网的中期和远景结构简图。
