实时动态安全评估中在线和离线仿真互访过程研究

摘    要:实时动态评估利用电力系统实际运行数据与网络模型参数,对电力系统潮流、电力系统稳定性、短路电流、输电极限等进行跟踪分析,并评价系统的暂态、动态稳定性。离线仿真针对同类问题开展研究,但在机组出力、负荷分配等方面多选择典型方式设置。模型参数因管理部门的不同,也存在一定的差异。以华北电网实时动态(暂态)预警系统为例,探讨在线和离线相互访问过程中的动态系统数据的截取、修改,离线数据上传、演算、结果回收等内容。针对这些问题提出相应解决方法并应用于工程实践,实现了动态预警在线和离线相互间的访问。
