摘    要:介绍了2003年全国电网继电保护及安全自动装置运行情况,包括一次设备的发展和故障情况,元件保护(包括发电机保护、变压器保护、母线保护、电抗器保护)及线路主保护(包括高频保护、距离保护、零序保护、重合闸)的运行情况的统计结果,指出了保护不正确动作的原因和责任.

Abstract:The statistics and analysis of nationwide operation situation of protective relayings and automation devices configured in the 220kV and above power systems in 2003 are summarized. The development and occurred failures of primary components, the operation situation and statistic data of element protections (including generator protection, transformer protection, busbar protectin and reactor protection) and that of the main protections of transmission lines (including high frequency protection, distance protection, zero-sequence protection and auto-reclosing) are presented. The reasons causing the misoperation of the protections and the corresponding responsibility to be taken on are pointed out.
