摘    要:总结了目前我国大中城市电网无功设备配置、运行和管理等方面存在的主要问题,提出了适应于大中城市电网无功规划的技术原则,分别给出了城市主网、城市高压配电网、城市中压配电网无功规划的方法和步骤。指出对于已形成500kV超高压骨干网架、负荷密度集中、外受电力比重大的特大型城市电网,应提高无功规划的深度,在工频过电压、潜供电流计算和正常的无功平衡分析的基础上,进行无功配置方案优化分析、电压稳定分析评价和动态无功补偿配置方案研究以及无功电压控制措施的研究。

Abstract:In this paper, the existing problems in current configuration, operation and management of reactive power equipments in power networks of large- and medium-sized cities in China are summarized. The technical principles suitable to reactive power planning for power networks in large- and medium-sized cities are proposed, and the approaches and procedures of reactive power planning for urban main power networks, urban high-voltage distribution network, urban medium-voltage distribution network are given respectively. It is pointed out that for huge urban power networks of extra-large-sized cities, where the 500kV frame network has been formed, the load density is concentrated and high proportion of power is sent inwards by external power grid, the depth of reactive power planning should be enhanced; on the basis of calculation of power frequency overvoltage and secondary-arc current and normal analysis on reactive power balance, the analysis on optimal configuration of reactive power equipments, the analysis and assessment of voltage stability and the research on configuration scheme of dynamic reactive power equipments as well as the control measures of reactive power and voltage should be performed.
