基于第二代小波变换和矢量量化理论的电能质量扰动分类方法

摘    要:提出了一种将第二代小波变换和矢量量化相结合的电能质量扰动分类方法。该方法采用第二代小波变换对电能质量扰动信号进行时频分析,采用基于模极大值的小波变换后处理方法提取时频分析结果中表征扰动特征的模极大值、生成扰动特征量组,通过将扰动特征向量组送入基于矢量量化的树形分类器实现了对电能质量扰动的分类。仿真结果表明该方法噪声鲁棒性良好、简单可靠、分类准确率高、实时性好。

Abstract:A new method for power quality disturbances (PQD) classification is proposed, in which at first the second generation of wavelet transform (SGWT) is used in the time-frequency analysis of power quality disturbance signal; then the after-processing method of wavelet transform based on modulus maxima is used to extract the modulus maxima representing the feature of disturbance from results of time- frequency analysis, and then the feature matrix of PQD is generated; finally, by means of leading the feature matrix into tree classificatory based on vector quantization the classification of PQD is implemented. Simulation results show that the proposed method is simple, reliable and insensitive to noise, it possesses good robustness and real-time property, and its classification result is satisfied.
