活塞式磁通压缩发电机的研究

摘    要:详述了一种活塞式磁通压缩发电机“减少电感以放大电流”的工作原理、实验室样机的基本结构和参数 (直径82mm、长约 1 5m)。现场实验结果和理论计算结果相当一致 ,均表明这种磁通压缩方式可实现化学能到电能的转换。分析并给出了电流放大的临界条件即 -dL/dt>R ,指出了试验样机设计和工艺中存在的问题 ,提出了新型磁通压缩发电机的结构模型 ,它将磁通压缩发电机的动力段和压缩段分离 ,增加了压缩段的直径 ,这样可得到较大的电流放大倍数 ,同时解决了动力段和压缩段结构强度的匹配问题

Abstract:The principle of a piston-type magnetic flux compression generator (MFCG) is described in this paper. The basic structure and parameter of the experimental prototype of piston-type MFCG, which diameter is 82 mm and length is about 1500 mm, are introduced. The results of the theoretical analysis and experimental study proved that this kind of magnetic flux compression can realize conversion from chemical nergy to electrical energy. With the analysis of the experiment result, the critical condition to magnify electrical current which is -d L /d t>R is given. A new type MFCG is presented on the basis. The new MFCG obtains larger magnifying current by separating the acceleration section and compress section of MFCG and increasing the diameter of compression section. At the same time, the problem of structural match of the acceleration section and the compression section is solved.
