摘    要:为研究分布式电源(DG)及其并网的影响,简要介绍了分布式电源的概念、分类及特点,并从配电网规划、电能质量、网络损耗、系统保护、电网可靠性、短路容量、实时调度、电力市场、发电机组无功出力及并网变压器等方面分析讨论了并网分布式电源对电力系统的影响。分析表明:妥善解决好并网影响将有利于DG的更大发展,DG不仅可作为传统供电模式的一种重要补充,还将在能源综合利用上占有十分重要的地位,将成为未来能源领域的一个重要发展方向。

Abstract:In recent years, many problems caused by traditional centralized power supply model should be solved constantly, and these factors, such as public environmental policy supervision and expansion of electricity market etc., make people concern it well. The world power industry emerged trend from traditional centralized vertical supply model to the combination of centralized and scattered supply model since late 1980s. With the continuous development of the power technology, distributed generation(DG) has incorporated into power system increasingly, constantly improved the traditional supply model, and gradually become a major supplement of traditional centralized power supply mode. Because DG has a lot of merits, for example, saving energy, environmental protection, saving investment, electrical security, meeting the diverse needs of users, pioneering new ways to use reproducible energy etc.. The joint operation of DG with power grid brings tremendous variation in control and operation for modern power system, and it brings the innovation of power system in concept, and comes into being a new special technology. Therefore it has significant in theoretical and practice value to study on DG and the effects of its parallel operation on power system. This paper briefly introduces concept, classification and characteristics of DG, analyzes the grid-connected DG's effects on power system from distribution power network planning, power quality, network losses, system protection, reliability, short circuit capacity, real time dispatching, electric market, reactive power output of generators and grid-connected transformer. The development of DG could be much better if could take proper methods on the adverse effects of DG's parallel operation on power system.
