摘    要:针对"无废城市"发展模式下的城市垃圾减量,及高比例可再生能源城市多能源系统中电网气网调节能力弱的问题,提出了考虑电网气网与城市废物处理协调的多能源系统优化模型。首先,建立了满足城市多时间尺度废物处理需求的废物处理设施能量消耗与产出模型,并提出了减废多能源系统(wastereductionmulti-energy system,WRMES)拓扑结构模型;然后建立了满足废物减量和运行成本最优的WRMES协调优化模型,并基于分解的多目标进化算法求解;最后,以我国东北某城市实际垃圾废物堆存量与多能源运行数据为基础,建立了WRMES优化仿真模型。仿真结果表明:所提模型在实现城市废物的快速减量的同时,可有效削减多能源系统的运行成本,提高电网气网调节灵活性。

Abstract:In view of urban waste reduction in "Zero-Waste City" development model and the problem of weak regulation ability of power grid and gas network in high proportion renewable energy urban multi-energy system, a multi-energy system optimal model in which power grids,gas networks and waste disposal are coordinately taken into consideration is proposed. Firstly, an energy supply and demand model of waste disposal facilities is established to meet the needs of urban multi-time scale of waste disposal, and a topology model of waste reduction multi-energy system(WRMES) is proposed. Then, a WRMES coordination optimization model is established for waste minimization and the optimization of system operation, and it is solved by multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition. Finally, based on the waste stockpile and multi-energy operation data of a city in northeast China, the WRMES optimization simulation model is established. The simulation results show that WRMES can rapidly reduce large-scale urban waste, effectively reduce the operation costs of multi-energy systems, and effectively improve the flexibility of power grid and gas network regulation.
