摘    要:阐述了我国目前瓷、玻璃、复合绝缘子的发展现状 ,提出线路绝缘子要向 >5 30kN的高强度等级发展 ,进一步降低瓷绝缘子劣化率和玻璃绝缘子自爆率以及提高复合绝缘子耐老化性能 ,大力研制≥ 75 0kV电压等级的复合绝缘子、支柱绝缘子及套管 ,最后结合国外先进的绝缘子发展情况 ,给我国绝缘子制造商和用户提出了希望和建议

Abstract:This paper generally introduce the development and manufacture of porcelain, glass and composite insulators in China. The paper point out that we should develop insulators upwards of 530 kN, and reduce aging rate of porcelain, self exploding of glass insulators and enhance composite insulators to endure aging, and should make great efforts to study composite insulators, post insulators and bushing upwards of 750 kV, and also should actively develop composite post insulators with high bending failing load. Finally some hopes and advice have been given to the manufacturer and consumer based on foreign advanced insulators manufacture technology.
