1000kV/8 kA升流装置的研制

为施加1000 kV工作电压考核的设备(如气体绝缘套管、变压器及电抗器用套管、断路器、GIS、隔离开关等)提供额定工作电流,研制了100kV/8kA大电流升流装置,其绝缘水平与1000 kV输变电设备相同,长期额定工作电流8 kA,电流输出端口额定电压1.2 kV。在介绍大电流升流装置的设计思想(工作原理、组成、参数选择、本体设计、无功补偿及测量系统)的基础上,设计了不同结构电压传感器,为检验和研究1000 kV罐式CVT、电子式电压互感器创造了条件。

Development of the 1000 kV/8 kA Power Current Transformer

Hot-line assessment for UHV equipment is quite important in the researching of ultra high voltage engineering chronically, America, Italy especially Japan had paid quite attention to hot-line assessment for UHV equipment. The 1000kV Shin Haruna substation built by TEPCO at 1996 is actually a hot-line assessment field for alternating UHV equipments. The 1000kV/8 kA power current transformer designed by WHVRI is used for simulating the working condition of the current-carrying equipment, such as gas isolating bushing, bushing for transformer or reactor, breaker, GIS, isolating switch, etc. The tested electric apparatus is applied with not only supply voltage but also operating current chronically. It has the same isolating level with the 1000kV transmission and transformation electric apparatus whose rated current is 8 kA; the rated voltage between the current output terminals is 1.2 kV. This paper introduces the constitution and design idea of the power current transformer, including the operating principle, the components, the parameter selection, main body design, reactive compensation and measuring system. The 1000kV/8 kA power current transformer includes 1000kV gas insulation bushing and GIS bus. The voltage sensors of different configuration are designed to create the conditions for testing and studying 1000kV CVT and EVT.
