摘    要:为了具体研究温差对污层受潮程度的影响,以实现更准确的状态评估与闪络预警,论文开展了一系列相关的试验。首先通过预试验确定了能良好展现影响结果的各项试验方法与条件;然后通过玻璃平板的污秽受潮试验,研究了温差在不同环境湿度下对污层受潮过程的影响;最后从污层吸水量变化的角度分析,拟合得到了在可溶盐污秽成分为NaCl时,表面电导率最大值与温差和湿度之间的关系式。结果表明:温差的存在会对受潮程度产生影响,且影响程度与温差大小和环境湿度有关。研究表明根据当前环境条件与表面电导率值,可以得到绝缘子表面真实的污秽状态,从而为后续的状态评估与闪络预警提供基础。

Abstract:In order to research the effect of temperature difference on pollution layer wetting, and make the condition assessment and flashover alarming more accurate, a series of experiments were conducted in this paper. The method and condition of the experiment were confirmed to well affect the results by pretests. By doing pollution layer wetting tests on plate glass, the impact of temperature difference on wetting process under different humidity was researched. Moreover, from the angle of analyzing the changes in absorption in the pollution layer, the relation among the maximum of surface conductivity with temperature difference and humidity was fitted, when the component of soluble pollution is NaCl. Experimental results suggest that the effect really exists, and its level is related to the specific values of temperature difference and the humidity. According to the environment condition and the surface conductivity, the real contamination status of insulator can be known, which provides the basis for further condition assessment and flashover alarming.
