摘    要:为诊断与分析高压断路器的故障,采用动态时间规整算法(DTW),该算法利用高压断路器振动波形具有重复性和独特性的特点,通过比较待测波形与参考波形时间特征量相似度的大小获得诊断结果。该算法只需一组健康数据作为基准参考数据,不但可诊断出高压断路器是否异常,还可确定某一时段对应动作事件的状态。用MATLAB编写动态时间规整算法程序,以试验实测波形为例,对断路器振动波形进行仿真分析,其结果与实际一致,验证了该算法应用于断路器故障诊断的有效性。

Abstract:Applying the method which is bases on Dynamic Time Warping algorithm to the fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers. The method resorts to the characteristics of repeatability and uniqueness of vibration waveform of high voltage circuit breakers to get the diagnosis result by comparing degree of similarity of time characteristic quantity between measured waveform and reference wave. The method that it combines time adjustability and measured space count is non-linear technology. The method can compute the similarity of time vector list, also it is good at matching and identifying of the isolated drop. The method only needs a group of the sample as the example, this method can diagnose not only the fault of high voltage circuit breaker, but also the time when high voltage circuit breaker has the trouble. As an example of test waveform of high voltage circuit breakers, the procedure compiled with MATLAB analyzes the vibration waveform of high voltage circuit breakers. The result accords with the practice and the theory, the result not only shows that the method is suitable for the fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers, but also shows that the method is feasible for the fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers.
