| 摘 要： | 研制了电磁兼容测试仪的高压开关电源,为克服开关电源易产生较强电磁干扰的缺点,采用吸收变压器抑制高频逆变器产生的电磁辐射,仿真分析证明该措施确实使电磁辐射大为减少。同时采用改进的滤波器抑制共模、差模信号的传播干扰,设计新型的光藕隔离触发电路以提高电路的整体抗干扰能力,使电源的电磁兼容性整体上提高,经运行证明其性能良好,可使用在复杂的电磁环境中。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a high voltage switch power supply used for EMC testing equipment.In order to restrain strong electromagnetic radiation and electromagnet interference that is produced by switch power,using the balance transformer to restrain high-frequency transformer's radiation,it is proved by analyzing equivalent circuit that this measure can reduce electromagnetic radiation greatly.Using improved filter common mode interference and difference mode interference is restrained.In order to improve the whole anti-interference level of circuit,new-type lotus root isolating is designed.All these measures greatly improve the EMC of switch power supply,make operation stable in complicated electromagnetic environment Its good performance is proved through operation. |
