摘    要:为了将光电集成电场传感器用于时域电场测量,为高电压技术领域的研究工作提供一种有效的实验手段,需要校准传感器的频率特性,常用的实验手段无法满足上述校准需求,故结合高电压工程领域电场传感器校准的基本要求和光电集成电场传感器的特点,分析并确定了传感器时域校准的方案,利用有界波电磁脉冲模拟器开展校准工作,通过实验与计算获得了传感器的上升时间和上限截止频率等,为传感器的测量应用打下了基础。

Abstract:Optical electric integrated electric field sensor (OEFS) has the advantages of small scale,large frequency range,high electric field measurement capability,and et al. It's an effective experimental method for the research of high voltage technology. The frequency characteristics of OEFS have to be calibrated before using OEFS in the measurement of time domain waveform of electric field.
