摘    要:灵宝背靠背直流工程中,换流站控制系统及直流系统保护首次采用国产设备,分别配置了两个完整套,两 套分别基于ABB公司和SIEMENS公司的引进技术。两套系统既需满足工程的统一规范要求,又要完成相互之 间、以及与国产一次设备及其它二次设备的接口。因此,换流站二次成套技术难度较大。为了提前发现问题,尽量 减少现场调试的风险,网联公司使用RTDS仿真系统完成了灵宝换流站控制系统/直流系统保护,以及相关二次设 备的功能、性能、接口的联合测试,测试项目约达280项次。

Abstract:In Lingbao BTB project, two complete sets of DC control & protection system are configured, which are based on the transferred technology from ABB and SIEMENS respectively. The main technique difficulty is that the two sets shall meet the coincident specification requirements, and shall also have the same interfaces between each other and the interface with other control/protection/communication equipment, which are supplied by domestic manufacturers. BDCC accomplished the joint tests of control/protection system by RTDS for Lingbao converter station, which consists of 280 test items. The goal of the test is that the possible problem should be found and solved in advance, in order to reduce the risk during on site commissioning.
