电流滞环控制级联型逆变器的矢量控制

摘    要:为寻求更适合的级联型逆变器的调制方法,研究了电流滞环控制级联型逆变器的矢量控制。该法采用与单极性正弦脉宽调制(简称SPWM调制)相似的单极性电流滞环控制,控制脉冲产生简单。电流滞环控制时采用动态调整滞环宽度实现开关频率恒定,可用类似相移SPWM脉冲产生方式来实现电流滞环控制时H桥级联型逆变器一相多H桥移相控制脉冲的产生;电流滞环控制的级联型逆变器按转子磁场定向矢量系统采用转子闭环,磁甸开环控制。最后仿真与实验结果验证了所提方法正确,逆变器转速外环跟踪性快速,矢量系统动静态性能良好。

Abstract:We researched the vector control based on current hysteresis control for cascaded inverter.The control pulse was produced by single polarity current hysteresis control which was similar to single polarity SPWM modulation.The phase-shifted control pulse for multi H bridges of a phase with current hysteresis control could be generated,similar to the phase shift SPWM,by dynamically adjusting the width of hysteresis to keep power device switching frequency constant.Moreover,we researched a rotor field-oriented vector system of cascaded inverter on the basis of current hysteresis control.The outer ring of speed has a fast track performance,and the vector system has a good dynamic and static performance.The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the proposed method.
