| 摘 要： | 为研究三相电流型多电平变流器的自均流特性,以一种简化的三相电流型5电平变流器拓扑为例,通过建立分流电感平均电压的数学表达式,详细讨论了该类变流器的自均流特性。为进一步改善不同负载特性下输出电流的谐波特性,采用载波相移SPWM技术作为调制策略,提出了一种基于直流侧电流反馈、自动选择冗余开关组合的均流控制方法,并对均流控制方法的有效性进行了仿真和实验验证。结果表明:所采用的均流方法可实现中间电平电流的完全可控,改善了5电平电流波形的谐波特性,同时也提高了变流器的电流响应速度。 |
