我国特高压输电工程的GIS技术

摘    要:介绍了国内、外特高压GIS的发展概况及国内、外GIS及SF6断路器等特高压设备的技术及制造能力的差异,指出国内特高压输电工程的关键技术虽已基本成熟,具备特高压电网建设的要求,但特高压GIS等主要电力设备国内还没有能力研制。因此,初期引进国外产品,中期消化、吸收国外技术,后期自主创新,实现国产化战略目标是目前经济可行的技术方案。最后讨论了目前特高压GIS技术中气体绝缘方面的研究方向及今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:In this paper, the development of UHV GIS in China and other countries have been introduced respectively. UHV transmission technologies have been studied for years in china and the feasibility has been proven. The crucial technologies of UHV transmission have been developed well in china and domestic research work has delivered from preparation stage to substantial engineering stage, which meets the necessities of building of UHV transmission. Although great progress has been made in domestic GIS, the differences of technologies and manufacture ability of SF6 circuit breaker and GIS between China and other countries cannot be ignored. With the comparison of differences of technologies and manufacture ability of SF6 circuit breaker and GIS between China and other countries, UHV GIS and other crucial electrical devices cannot be made by domestic manufacture. There still exist many works to be done thoroughly for the aim of localization of building of UHV transmission network. The suggestion of early introducing, late digesting and assimilating of foreign technologies is proposed. The research trends of gas insulation technology of UHV GIS are discussed in the end. The research of discharge characteristic under high field and long gap should be started as early as possible in order to provide important references and standards for UHV utilities and GIS manufacture. Research in discharge characteristic of SF 6/N 2 mixture under long gap, various pressures, various voltages, and various fields should be accelerated. Research of limitation rules of VFTO in UHF GIS should be accelerated in order to provide references for UHV GIS manufacture.
