IGBT动态串并联驱动信号补偿的研究

摘    要:为解决多个IGBT的串并联问题以实现单管IGBT在高电压、大电流场合的应用,在研究了各种IGBT串并联的直接主动控制和间接被动控制方法后分析了IGBT串并联发生动态不均压均流的原因,明确了驱动信号的同时工作是可靠地实现控制方法的关键。结合工程实际的应用,采用一个高频脉冲变压器KCB-02A1来补偿IG-BT门极驱动信号,由电路基本理论推导出该脉冲变压器的参数选取原则;然后运用计算机辅助设计软件PSPICE仿真验证了该方法在IGBT串联动态均压中的有效性;最后通过搭建实验电路验证了该方法能实现并联动态均流的驱动信号补偿,从而能整体实现IGBT串并联的动态实用性,给工程实用中的IGBT动态串并联运行提供了一种可行的方法。

Abstract:Present single IGBT can not meet the requirements of voltage and current except the series-wound IGBT and parallel IGBT,however,the driver signals for different IGBT are asynchrony.In this paper,a new novel technique uses a high frequency pulse transformer KCB-02A1 to realize the compensation of dynamic series and paralleling driver signal for IGBT.The technique can apply single IGBT to high voltage and high current areas by series and parallel The technique is proposed on the basis of studying and analyzing kinds of IGBT's serial and parallel methods such as gate voltage control,gate current pulse voltage and so on,combining the application of practical engineer.The principle how to choose parameters of the pulse transformer is theoretically deduced using basic circuit theory.This method is favourable for the IGBT's series dynamic voltage-balancing by CAD soft-PSPICE simulation.Finally,this method for parallel dynamic current-balancing is validated by setting up a testing circuit.The software simulation for IGBT's series dynamic voltage-balancing and hardware tests for IGBT's parallel dynamic current-balancing verify the viability of the technique.
