基于实数编码遗传算法的模糊励磁调节器研究

摘    要:针对发电机励磁调节器设计过程中输入和输出变量的隶属度函数以及量化因子的选取问题,在常规模糊式励磁控制的基础上提出了采用实数编码遗传算法来优化模糊参数,进而设计出基于遗传算法优化的发电机模糊励磁调节器。仿真实验证明,该励磁调节器比传统PID励磁控制方式的控制效果更好,鲁棒性更强。

Abstract:On the basis of conventional fuzzy control for generator excitation system, this paper proposed to adopt genetic algorithm with real number encoding to obtain the optimal fuzzy control decision rule by optimizing the input and output variables' membership functions and fuzzification factors. A fuzzy excitation regulator based on genetic algorithm optimization is designed. Simulation has shown the robustness and effectiveness of this control strategy presented in this paper and the designed regulator is able to produce better dynamic characteristics than conventional PID excitation control.
